Born in Tokyo, she started to play the violin at the age of six and chose viola when she was fourteen years old. After obtaining the Premier Prix for viola and chamber music at the Paris Conservatory – CNSM -, she continued her advanced studies in master at the Conservatoire Supérieur de Paris – CNR – where she won the Premier Prix unanimously with the Congratulations of the jury.
She worked viola with Bruno Pasquier, Pierre-Henri Xuereb and Claude Naveau and chamber music with Alain Meunier, Sylvie Gazeau, Gerard Fremy and Jean-Noël Croq.
Since 1994, she regularly gives solo concerts and chamber music in many cities in Japan, Europe and Israel.
Between 1999 and 2001 she was a member of Arco Trio – Benaim Quartet and played with Maurice Bourgue , Anne Queffelec and Gerard Poulet. She followed the advices of Walter Levin, Henry Meyer, Alban Berg Quartet, Panocha Quartet, Reiner Schmit (Hagen Quartet) and the Vogler Quartet.
She is a founding member of the Ensemble Nympheas (string quintet) since 2002 occurring in Europe and Japan.
She is a holder of the State diploma delivered by the French ministry of culture and professor of viola, violin and orchestra at the Conservatories of Saint Ouen and Ermont.
