Pierre-Bastien MIDALI is a Trinity College, London licenciate in Piano Performance (with distinction). His prizes include a unanimous first prize in piano and chamber music from the La Courneuve-Aubervilliers Conservatoire (near Paris) and a Piano Diploma (with distinction) awarded by the City of Paris.
As well as performing regularly in concerts, he jointly created a mime show featuring violinist Bernard Mauppin (Victor Hugo Orchestra soloist for 23 years) and mime artist, Laurent Decol (Marcel Marceau student). His production of Bastien dans la lune has appeared in Paris over one hundred times. He has been teaching piano and chamber music for ten years in numerous French Conservatoires (Besançon, Poitiers, Villes de Paris et Paris – Vallée de la Marne).
